Returns & Exchanges

At Adamark Jewelry and Silversmiths Inc., we want you to feel confident in your purchase. For eligible online orders, we offer the following return options:

  • 14-day refund from the date of delivery

  • 30-day exchange or store credit from the date of delivery

Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging, documentation, and diamond certificates (if applicable).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds & Restocking Fee

Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which covers inspection, quality control, refinishing (if needed), and administrative handling.

To help you retain full value, we are happy to offer:

  • Exchange, or

  • Store credit for the full purchase amount

Restocking fees are waived for exchanges and store credit.

Store credit never expires and may be used toward merchandise, repairs, or custom design services.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment whenever possible. In certain circumstances, refunds may be issued by company check.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Due to their personalized nature, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom designed jewelry

  • Modified or customized items

  • Engraved items

  • Rings sized or altered at the customer’s request

  • Special order items

  • Items that have previously been exchanged

We recommend presenting jewelry to the recipient prior to sizing or modification.

For diamond purchases, the original diamond grading certificate must be included. A $75 replacement fee will apply if the certificate is missing.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend:

  • Insuring the shipment for its full value

  • Using Adult Signature Required

  • Not referencing jewelry or diamonds on the shipping label for security

Adamark Jewelry and Silversmiths Inc. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
