At Adamark Jewelry and Silversmiths Inc., the safe and secure handling of your jewelry is our priority. Please review the information below regarding shipping from us to you and from you to us.


Shipping From Us to You

All jewelry orders are shipped with care and security.

  • All shipments are fully insured for the purchase value

  • Adult Signature Required is included on all jewelry shipments

  • Tracking information is provided once your order ships

  • A physical address is required for delivery (no P.O. Boxes)

Please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery. If a shipment is returned due to a missed signature or an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a shipment is marked delivered and signed for by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

If a package is delayed, damaged, or lost while in transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist with the carrier’s insurance claim.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery.


Shipping Items to Us

If you are shipping an item to us for return, exchange, repair, or service, please follow these guidelines to ensure safe delivery:

  • Always insure your package for its full declared value

  • We ship all items insured with signature required and recommend you do the same

  • Use a physical return address (no P.O. Boxes)

  • Please indicate whether the return delivery address is residential or business

  • Securely package your item using bubble wrap or protective padding

  • Include all relevant item details (manufacturer, item numbers, etc.)

  • Clearly note all included components and any existing damage
    (Example: sugar bowl with lid / without lid)

For security reasons, please do not reference jewelry, diamonds, or valuables on the shipping label.

We strongly recommend keeping photos or copies of your item for your records prior to shipping.


After We Receive Your Item

Once your item is received, our team will:

  • Inspect and assess its condition

  • Contact you with a detailed quote, recommended services, and an estimated turnaround time

  • Confirm return shipping options and insurance coverage

Because your item will be insured while in our possession and during return shipping, we will ask you to confirm its declared value.

A deposit is required before work begins. Payment may be made by credit card or check. Repairs will proceed once the deposit is received.

Some repairs may be available while you wait in our store.
